As per the scheme you can own individual cottages/studio apartments/deluxe rooms with areas ranging from 280 to 600 sq ft. at a price of Rs. 2000 per sq ft. these units managed by Express Holiday Homes (EHH), will be rented to guests on a daily basis. The professional team at EHH will look after the resort management which includes marketing, guest relations, manning of the ayurveda centre and club house, day to day maintenance of this hill station property, organizing tour packages etc. As a proud owner of this resort you will be entitled to free stay for all three seasons (two days in each season) with privileges that will include attractive discounts on stay, food, ayurveda treatment and tour packages.

No leg work no legal hassles
Normally, many a days are spent on identifying a suitable property. Often brokers misguide you adding upto your strain of identifying a property of your choice/budget. With us you are freed from all the leg work and unnecessary expenses and strain. We also have taken care of all the legal hassles pertaining to the property.

No brokerage
When you buy, sell or lease out your property you have to pay brokerages/commissions to the middlemen. Since there are no middlemen involved with us you save on all these extra cost.

This entire property is managed by the house keeping and maintenance department of EHH. Thus we make you free from maintenance costs and all the hassles that come along.

EHH offers an attractive buy back scheme. After five years just incase you want to dispose your property, on three months notice, we assure to buy back returning your investment with an appreciation.
